Kevin is best known today as the host of Real Estate UNCUT, a daily podcast dedicated to training and trends in the real estate industry around Australia and the world.
Before starting in real estate, Kevin worked in radio as an announcer, salesperson, promotions manager and was General Manger of various radio stations in Queensland and New South Wales. In 1988, he commenced his real estate career in Paddington, Brisbane.
While selling in real estate, he was ranked as top salesperson in Queensland and remained in the top 10 salespeople in the state until 1991 when he commenced with a major real estate franchisor as a sales trainer, business development associate and was appointed as State CEO 1992.
Kevin has been able to combine his radio and real estate careers to create a series of interesting and informative real estate programs, including the Real Estate Talk Show on commercial radio; Real Estate UNCUT, a daily internet show for real estate professionals, and Real Estate Talk, a new online show for real estate consumers that is now the most listened to online real estate show in Australia and New Zealand.
Kevin is also a regular contributor to Margaret Lomas's Property Success Show on Sky TV, a feature writer for Fairfax Digital and provides video tips for Australian Property Investor Magazine and Domain TV.
